    Dear Sir,
    We have already sent the proposal of shifting of trestle(four legged) of B1 Zone by 1.485 m as discussed at MECON
    Bhilai during tour which is fouling with Road. As desired, the same proposal was sent on urgent basis on 27.06.2017 to all
    concerned.

    Now, we have received a mail with revised proposal from Jt. GM MECON Bhilai, we have also examined the same and
    found clearing the road from General Layout point of view. As such, both proposals have been superimposed over the
    General layout and being sent for your reference.

    Kindly convey us through return mail which proposal has to be followed and accordingly M/S L&T shall be informed for
    taking up the further work by the concerned. The final decision may kindly be conveyed for updating the General Layout.
