Respected Sir,
We are conference world, a leading organization in the field of academic research activities. We
provide a platform to young researches to show their abilities. In past, we have organized
international conferences in different universities and colleges of the country like JNU New
Delhi, University of Delhi, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry , Sri Venkateswara
College of Engineering and Technology, Andhra Pradesh, Dhananjay Mahadik Group of
Institutions (BIMAT), Shivaji University, Maharashtra, Vedant Eng Kota , GVP Vishakapatam
India etc.

We are please to propose an international conference in your college on the theme of


International Conference on Recent Innovations in Science, Engineering and Management
(ICRISEM-17)

Note: All Major expenses will be bear by conference world

The Following points were discussed telephonically:

1. COLLEGE has to collaborate with Conference world to conduct an International


Conference in coming month 2017 at your College premises.

2. We require well equipped one conference hall & one room for parallel session.

Conference world bear the expense for Flex for conference hall and room

3. Theme of the conference is International Conference on Recent Innovations in Science,


Engineering and Management.

4. The Chief Guest will be decide & invited by College, Conference world will facilitate by
momentous and Flowers

5. COLLEGE invites chairperson for the session (Head of the departments of the host
college)Conference world will facilitate by Certificate and momentous

6. All the accepted and presented papers of the duly registered authors of the conference will be
published in the international journals having ISSN indexed by various bodies listed in UGC.

7. All the papers of the conference will be published in the conference proceeding
of www.conferenceworld.inwith ISBN; the printing cost of proceeding will be cared by
conference world team. Conference world give 2 proceedings for releasing on the event day.
8. College will arrange for the Breakfast and Lunch for all participants and Guests and 2/3rd of
the bill will be bear by conference world.

9. College will make a conference tab which will be linked to the


website www.conferenceworld.in . Also Conference world will ensure full publicity of the
conference.

10 College will be responsible for the local publicity in your region and motivate their students
and faculty to contribute their research work. Conference world send some brochure for the
circulation.

11. The Logo of Conference world and COLLEGE will be shared on website,
brochure, mementos, certificates & online conference proceeding having ISBN.

11. Cost of Mementos will be arranged and paid by Conference world.

12. Conference world will bear the full cost of the conference kit, I- Card, Certificates.

13. The media shall be invited and managed by the College.

14. The designing of the Flex certificate shall be done by the Conference world.

15. All Correspondence through mail will be taken care by conference world.

16. Anchoring of inaugural session and valedictory session will be taken care by COLLEGE.

17. The fee will be received in A R Publication account.

18. 05-08 Voluntary students or faculty will be required for smooth functioning of Event.

19. There will be best paper award for each technical session, the trophy and certificate will be
managed by conference world to the authors as per decided by the session chair person.

20. Fee Details

Student Authors *(UG, PG, Ph.D) INR 2000 Per paper


Academician & Corporate INR 2500 Per paper
Foreign Authors USD 100 Per paper
Non Author Participation INR 1000/ USD 50

Maximum three authors in one research paper


10% fee will be less for host college papers or we will reimburse that
for miscellaneous expense
21. Certificate for honour appreciation to all the team will be managed by conference
world as per instructed by convener.

22. Conference will be counted in the credit of college.


23. The review team of conference world will take care for verification and review of papers.

24. Author has to mail the paper to conferenceworld mail id and all correspondence will be done
by conferenceworld team.

25. The college has to make a simple tab for conference on their college website, which you
make redirect to our website www.conferenceworld.in , no need to design a separate web page

26. Anyone can participate for conference (U.G. Final year students, third year students, P.G.
Students, Lecturer, Industry person, PhD scholars etc) can contribute their research paper. Even
first year and second years students can come to attend also without paper, they will get the
certification for attending the conference and registration kit.

27. Conferenceworld will expect good support from college in contributing the research work as
well as in circulating the information of the conference.

28. Conference world expect the hotel/Guest House arrangement for 2-3 people maximum 2
rooms for conference world team .

29. Conference world will expect good support from college in contributing the research work as
well as in circulating the information of the conference at least 40-50 papers from host college
