Possible to operate high speed process & low speed with high torque process by gear transmission
Possible to do stable operation by minimizing transmission of heat and vibration to main spindle
setting apart from gear box & main spindle motor
Power is delivered to the spindle through a three speed transmission allowing high spindle speed
as well as powerful low torque.
Adapter type
MEGA100 machine has spindle through hole with 155mm(6) as a standard and 255mm(10), 320mm(12.5)
as a option. When working through spindle hole with long work piece, we can provide special double
chuck system to have stable clamping.
For operation of hydraulic turret, chuck cylinder, steady rest and tailstock.
