Selection of Research Problem


Theselectionoftopicforresearchisadifficultjob.Whenweselectatitleorresearchstatement,thenotheractivitieswouldbeeasytoperform.So,fortheunderstandingthoroughly
theproblemitmusthavetodiscusswithcolleagues,friend,expertsandteachers.Theresearchtopicorproblemshouldbepractical,relativelyimportant,feasible,ethicallyand
politicallyacceptable.

Literature Review or Extensive Literature Survey


Aftertheselectionofresearchproblem,thesecondstepisthatofliteraturemostlyconnectedwiththetopics.Theavailabilityoftheliteraturemaybringeaseintheresearch.For
thispurposeacademicjournals,conferenceandgovt.reportsandlibrarymustbestudied.

Making Hypothesis
Thedevelopmentofhypothesisisatechnicalworkdependsontheresearcherexperience.Thehypothesisistodrawthepositive&negativecauseandeffectaspectsofaproblem.
Hypothesisnarrowsdowntheareaofaresearchandkeeparesearcherontherightpath.

Preparing the Research Design


Aftertheformulationoftheproblemandcreatinghypothesisforit,researchDesignistopreparebytheresearcher.Itmaydrawtheconceptualstructureoftheproblem.Anytypeof
researchdesignmaybemade,dependonthenatureandpurposeofthestudy.DaringR.Designtheinformationaboutsources,skill,timeandfinanceistakenintoconsideration.

Sampling
Theresearchermustdesignasample.Itisaplanfortakingitsrespondentsfromaspecificareasoruniverse.Thesamplemaybeoftwotypes:

1.ProbabilitySampling
2.NonprobabilitySampling

Data collection
Datacollectionisthemostimportantwork,isresearcher.Thecollectionofinformationmustbecontainingonfactswhichisfromthefollowingtwotypesofresearcher.

Thereportshouldcarryatitle,briefintroductionoftheproblemandbackgroundfollowedbyacknowledgement.Thereshouldbeatableofcontents,grapesandcharts.

Main Text of the Report


Itshouldcontainobjectives,hypothesis,explanationsandmethodologyoftheresearch.Itmustbedividedintochaptersandeverychapterexplainsseparatetitleinwhichsummary
ofthefindingsshouldbeenlisted.ThelastsectionwouldbeclearlyofconclusionstoshowthemainthemeoftheRstudy.

Closing the Report


Afterthepreparationofreport,thelaststepinbusinessresearchprocesscontainsofbibliography,references,appendices,indexandmapsorchartsforillustration.Forthispurpose
theinformationshouldmoreclearer.
