RFID Weighbridge System

Gate Entry Process


Vehicle Enter Company Premises,
Vehicle Need to Register on Gate with detail like vehicle no, Customer name, Product name, Po Do Detail....
After Register Vehicle Issue RFID Card to Driver.

Weighbridge: - First Weighment Process


Vehicle reach on weighbridge place
Driver / Supervisor need to punch RFID Card on Reader if require auto system facility there.
WB System will recognize RFID Card and vehicle,
System check stable weight and capture weight automatically.
System Save Weighment entry automatically and print out.

Database Server [ Centralize ]


Weighbridge and Gate connect via LAN its require
Weighment data store in central database server.
Database : MS SQL / Oracle

Weighbridge: - Second Weighment Process


Vehicle reach on weighbridge place for Second Weighment
Driver / Supervisor need to punch RFID Card on Reader
WB System will recognize RFID Card and vehicle,
System check stable weight and capture weight automatically.
System Save Weighment entry automatically and print out.

Gate Exit Process


If same for Entry and Exit then process doing same gate otherwise it will do in different gate
If fix vehicle then no need to submit RFID Card., if customer vehicle then need to submit RFID Card on gate
After Register Vehicle Issue RFID Card to Driver.
