Conduct receiving inspection, repair and recertification of Rotary drilling connection, Casing & tubing, wellhead &

Christmas tree and drilling equipment as per DS-1 specification.

Monitoring, implementing, and enforcing quality control systems and inspection procedures as a company
representative. Working with Standard DS-1, API, and NS-2 specifications. Witness, monitor & qualify parts & tools
inspection, assembly, pressure test, & function test.

Verification of material certificates against the applicable material specification Review mill certificate
documentation. Monitor & qualify repair and re-inspection of damaged API & customer connections.

Review of all documentations making sure that all tools had passed all tests and inspection before allowing to be
used in the rig.

To ensure the correct application and control of the API Monogram, API 5CT-0598, API 7-0420, API 6A-0719 and API
16A-0165

Monitor and review of weld preparation and design is in accordance with the procedure and assembly at tack-up
stage prior to welding.

Witnessing of drill pipe inspection as per DS-1 Cat. 5 (EMI, UTG, Dimensional, MPI and Visual Inspection).

Witnessing of full body inspection on subs, stabilizers and reamers (MPI on ferrous and PT on non-ferrous).

Witnessing of inspection on different kinds of casing and tubing connections (VAM, Hydril, Hunting Boss, ACME and
Bowen connections).

Witnessing of Dimensional and Visual Inspection on different kinds of BHA connections (Hydril WT, Grant Prideco XT
and API connections).

Witnessing of visual inspection and UT wall thickness for weight verification on different sizes of casing and tubing.

Monitor and Validate assembly and testing of drilling specialty tools and completion tools.
Monitor / Review operations and records relating to OCTG tool, tool assemblies etc

Dimensional inspection of different drilling tools and downhole tools making sure that it complies with company
design specifications and international standards.
Witnessing of make-up and break-up torque of all tools during assembly and dis-assembly.

Witnessing of threads Inspection on API 5CT (Casing and Tubing), API 7 (drill Stem Items) and Premium (NKK,
VAGT, VAM, Grand Prideco, and Tenaris ect.) Connection.
Monitor and review of documented records at all stages of fabrication for verification and for traceability.
Review of Film Interpretation, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG), Penetrant Test and Magnetic particle Inspection
on well heads, Mud Cross, double studded adapter, Drill collar, Reamer, stabilizer and Drill Pipe connection etc.

Monitor / Review operations and records relating Hardness Testing on Well head & Christmas tree, tee blocks and
Flanges. Testing are in compliance with the relevant codes and specifications.

Witnessing of visual inspection of all tools and equipments coming in and out of the drill base. (BOP, Well Heads, X-
mass Trees, Packer Assemblies, Manifolds, DSA, BHA, Casings, Drill Pipes, etc.).

Review and validate data package, Certificate of Conformance including Inspection report, testing report, material
test certificate etc.
