Terms & Conditions


1. Our responsibility ceases when goods have handed over to carriers representative.
2. All cheques / demand draft (Crossed and account payee only) are to be payable to Thulasi Computers, Software & Technologies, Vellore.
3. Interest @ 2 % per month will be charged on all overdue bills.
4. Any payment made against this delivery / invoice shall be treated as on account unless the amount of the invoice is paid in full.
5. All disputes are subject to Vellore Jurisdiction.
6. Warranty will be provided only for materials specified with the warranty from the date of billing.
7. Inspection charge is mandatory to be paid even in case of withdrawal of service from TCST.
8. In case of improper response of Service Engineer, Direct compliance can be booked to Thulasi Computers for the below mentioned Number and
can be sent a compliance to the below mentioned E-Mail, Immediate action can be taken.
9. In case of satisfaction on the service, please inform the same to Thulasi Computers, Software & Technologies
