Hi Peter,

There are a handful of Capital Restructuring agreements we are going to temporarily withhold approval
on while the program gets additional information relating to the subcontractors on these projects. Here's
an opportunity to change the Gateway status to the OSC information requested status. That way the
agreements shouldn't need to be re-executed.

If you let me know they're in the right status before we click the button, I think it will go smoother.

Hi, Joe.

Thank you for working to get the VRQs together; in addition to those, we would also need Vendor
Responsibility Profiles for the subcontractors as well.

At this point, an extension to 11/25 wouldn't be possible because the time constraints on the audit expire
before that date.

I can move forward with the non-approval since it appears to be the best course of action in this case.

Because CRH Realty III, and IX do not have established vendor ID numbers, I had to
begin that process today. The help desk stated that the entire process may take up to
