Casting Tolerance

This document provides information on casting tolerance grades for different casting processes and dimensions. It assigns tolerance grades CT5-CT16 for various sand molding, permanent metal molding, and lost wax casting processes. It also includes a table specifying the total casting tolerance in millimeters for different tolerance grades and raw casting dimensions ranging from -10mm to over 10,000mm. Tolerances get looser with higher tolerance grades and larger dimensions.
