Datasets, Tables, Charts, Pivot [Tables Charts] and V Lookup

Your manager asked you to do some enhancements to the following sheet by
doing the following things:

Things to do:

1. Calculate the Units Remaining in the stock.

2. Using the "Color Scale" in the conditional formatting, change the formatting
of the Units Sold column.
3. Using the functions and conditional formatting, customize the Stock Refill
column to display either :
a. "Refill" in case the [Remaining Units are less than 500] and [Expiry
Date is not in January or February] otherwise it should be "No Refill".
Or
b. "Stable" in case the Remaining Units are greater than 500.
4. Configure a Vertical Lookup in another sheet to display the Remaining units
in stock when we write the name of the product.
