Outstanding PIcPA Member

Goneral Criteria

For Selfless loyalty to, and active participation in, the affairs ofthe lnstitute for at least three (3) years giving life to
the ideals and tenets for which the lnstitute stands. He musi be nominated by the Chapter and endorsed by the Regional
Council. He must be nominated by the Chapter and endorsed by the Regional Council.

Specific criteria

ln the year covered by the awards, and in the immediately preceding two years, significant presence in lnstitute
meetings andfunctions and participation in committee work, special projects and other lnstitute activities are expected.

Note: This award was conceived generally for ordinary PICPANS who have been contributing much to the lnstitute. A
past Chapter President may qualify only after the lapse of two years from his incumbency.
