Procedure For BTS Installation

The document provides instructions for installing a BTS (Base Transceiver Station) and battery cabinet. Key steps include neatly fixing wires without interfering with other parts, labeling each wire, leaving 0.5U distance between the BBU and RTN, arranging 6 batteries per rack connected in series with the first and last batteries connecting to the BTS, separating batteries, not changing antenna sectors without a compass, keeping planned antenna heights, and marking identical colored AC wires when using two cables for 3 phase power. Maintain proper procedures, labeling, and documentation during installation.

Procedure for BTS installation:

(BTS installation picture from EVENDATA)

Note: As you can see, the wires are neatly fixed without interfering with other parts of the BTS, secondly
labels on each wire and thirdly there should be 0.5U distance between the BBU and RTN
Battery cabinet installation

Note: Each rack of the cabinet should have 6 batteries, the 1st battery on the left hand-side on top with a
blue terminal is connected to the BTS while the other batteries are connected in series as shown. And
the last connection is done from the red terminal of the 1st from the left battery on the bottom rack and
the bottom row battery to the BTS.

Also please note the separation between the batteries.

Important: Dont change the antenna sector , use a compass always. Keep the height of antenna as
planned and give official mail when there is need to change the height. The AC cable use two of them as
3 phase but because of the same color please mark the wires
