2 MINE PLANNING & MINE OPERATIONAL
2.1 Status 3 Month Plan, 12 Months PTP,ABN Action - PTP will submit draft mine plan Three month and Monthly at 25 every
Plan, LOM Plan month, continue to be reviewed by ABN and PTP until final mine plan on 28
every month.

2.2 Coal quality issues reported PTP Action - Coal getting for weekly achievement based on weekly plan -> Focus seam 4,
ABN Info dan group 5600 LS.(priority)
- ABN info will use label seam again on each DT coal to control coal quality.
-->3 feb 15.
- ABN will give guideline to PTP about coal handling and seam labeling on field
to avoid misunderstanding operationally.
2.3 Coal and OB production PTP Action - ABN asks PTP to maintain coal recovery all Pit. ( 96% as contract) continue
2.4 Haul distance PTP Info - Actual distance PIT 1:1,872 m Per 06th February 2015 A BN
- Actual distance PIT SARI: 2,246 m Per 06th February 2015 ABN
- Plan Monthly Feb : P1=1,967 m, PS=2,439 m.

2.14 Geotechnical Issue ABN Action - PTP asks ABN to send geotech assessment for South Waste dump Sari area.
- ABN asks PTP to dump at west area WD Sari as priority until geotech
assessment published and progress construct catch bench at south finished
by ARKA.
2.15 Model ABN Info - Last model ABN January 2015.
2.16 Other ABN/ PTP info - PTP already send formal letter about increase comsumption fuel caused by
increase bio disel at solar
- PTP info, already replace fuel filter based from recommendation due to fuel
quality issue (bio diesel) update per 25 january 15 ( excavator 91%, dozer
100%, truck 90%, grader 100% and units support 19%).
- ABN suggests PTP to invite PTP,ABN, and Solaris to solve case increasing fuel
consumption by bio disel solar.
