Infinitive of Purpose

Discussion: Try to use the grammar formulas for talking about purpose.
1. What is something you did yesterday and why did you do it?
Example: I went to the store to buy some fruit.
Use Infinitive or for+noun
2. Think of a problem in the world. What is the cause?
Example: Global warming is increasing because of our use of fossil fuels.
Use because of + noun/-ing

Example: I was punished for drawing on the walls.
