I am standing here on behalf of Dy RPC and the entire staff of RO Dharmanagar to wish our beloved

Vishnu Debarma Sir on completion of his momentous service to the Rubber Board of India.

Sirs retirement is both a matter of sorrow and happiness for us.

Sorrow because Sir wont be with us to share his insightful advice and provide his able leadership
in our endeavours.

Happy because Sir would now get to spend more quality time with his family and beloved ones.

My personal association with Sir dates back to 2003 when I was ADO of NRETC Agartala under Sir.

I still remember the advices and tips Sir used to give me when I used to meet him both in my official
as well as personal capacity.

And the very thought that we are going to miss the services of this noble gentleman is extremely
painful.

However, as retirement is an inevitable eventuality, I from the deepest of my heart wish Sir a great
happy and prosperous retirement Life.

Before I wind up, I would like to read out the wishes of our respected Dy RPC , RO Dharmanagar
Smt. Girijamony Madam which she had handed over to me to be delivered to Vishnu Sir.
