Maximum Boost Control Method

This document proposes a maximum boost control method for a Z-source inverter that can obtain the highest voltage gain at any modulation index without low-frequency ripple. It utilizes shoot-through states to boost the input voltage. The control method maintains active states and uses all zero states as shoot-through, achieving maximum boost factor without distorting output. Simulation results show it provides the highest voltage gain compared to other control methods while maintaining low voltage stress.
