Subject: Meeting of guest faculty CED in the o/O HOD, Civil Engineering.
A meeting of guest faculty of CED was held on 22 Aug, 2017 at 12:40 PM in the o/O HOD civil
engineering.
The following points were discussed,
1. All the guest faculty are requested to take their classes/ Lectures strictly according to the
time table allotted.
2. Lecture load will be verified strictly according the biometric attendance and per the
directions from higher authorities.
3. It is advised that kindly fill the lecture load/leave record on daily basis. The performa is
available with the Sh. Harish Kumar (Guest Faculty), CED.
4. All the guest faculty are strictly instructed that a short text message of leave to be taken
is mandatory to he sent to the under signed in advance
5. From academic excellence point of view the department as started a process of filling up
the daily progress report (DPR) for 3rd, 5th and 7th semesters of the department on daily
basis. It is mandatory for every teacher, teaching the above semesters to fill the
performa daily. The semester wise performa is available with the following faculty
members:
1. Kamaldeep Singh ( 3rd semester)
2. Harish Kumar (5th semester)
3. Mohit Kansal (7th semester)
It is the duty of above faculty members to get filled the above respective performa and
submit the filled performa by 5:00 PM daily to the under signed
