Requirement
I. Overall Objective
Plan & co-ordinate day-to-day operational activities of plant and maintain quality and quantity of
production in compliance with safety and environment norms.
a) Operation
Take charge of the plant, review the reports and assess the plant condition;
Strict adherence to the defined SOPs;
Take corrective actions for any abnormality/deviation to ensure quality and production;
Review of lab analysis and initiate corrective actions;
Take field round, observe abnormalities & instruct corrective actions;
Plan the job according to the condition of plant & concerned plants;
Initiate, coordinate and monitor jobs with services;
Maintain raw-material/utility/power norms;
Attend to emergency/ shut down and breakdowns;
Execute periodical preventive activities in time;
Initiate prompt action in case of emergency and guide team to take necessary action.

Liaise with internal suppliers for timely availability of raw materials.
c) Statutory Requirements
Generate, maintain, and update proper documents and records to comply with statutory
requirements;
Generate, maintain and update IMS records of all relevant documents;
Assist during internal/external audits;
Should have knowledge of statutory laws and obligations.

III. Key Performance Indicators
No. of breakdowns;
No. of instances of deviation to Quality norms;
No. of instances of plant tripping/disturbances due to operational faults;
No. of instances of loss in production due to non-adherence to schedule for execution of
critical jobs;
Reduction in number of incidents and environment & safety violations year on year;
Reduction in number of non compliance reported by respective monitoring agency;
Reduction in number of housekeeping violations recorded as part of housekeeping audit;
No. of near miss accidents reported;
Number of implementable suggestions.

V. Location
VII. Remuneration
The recruit shall be required to execute Service Agreement of Rs. 1,00,000/- to serve the
Company for a period of 3 years.
