A summary of cakes and buns sold in a 24 hour period is provided, including product category, name, retail price, quantity sold, time of sale, and wholesale price which is the cost to make each product. Wholesale prices for all products averaged between 8-17% below retail prices. The highest wholesale discounts were for chicken at 17% and beef at 13% below retail, while fruit based products and gluten free items received slightly lower discounts of 11% and 8% respectively. Overall 102 items were sold across 20 varieties of cakes, buns, and other baked goods.
