Submit a report ( 5 pages).

Please write crisp and to the point explanations on following topics:
1. A half page write-up under the heading:
"About the Author - Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt"
2. A half page write-up under the heading:
"The Goal - What the book is all about?"
3. A half page write-up explaining:
"The Theory of Constraints"
4. A half page write-up explaining:
What the goal of UniCo was? And, how Alex Rego realized that goal?
5. Explain what constraints/conflicts Alex Rego was facing in his company
UniCo? Was he able to manage those constraints/conflicts?
6. In your opinion, what is wrong with UniCo, suggest solutions.
7. In point form, list down key take-aways that a manger needs to extract from
the book.

The first three pointers are general while the rest needs to be answered from the
assigned 14 chapters. Use font size 12, Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing.
The assignment is intended to test comprehension of SCM concepts and your
analytical skills. Mere reproduction of facts from the book without critical analysis
will lead to low score. Submit on LMS before Due Date. Report will be assessed
for plagiarism.
