CHECKLIST FOR THE FINAL PRESENTATION OF URBAN DESIGN ELEMENTS

SHEET1:INTRODUCTION TO CHROMEPET
-A brief introduction about chromepet, methodology of site work, analysis done by our group with
the base map ,sketches done on site, major entry's and exits to chromepet and minor entry's exits
from other areas to chrompet.

SHEET2:ICONOGRAPHY-TRANSITION FROM HISTORY


- A base map with the major to minor landmarks marked(with pictures and highlighting the buildings
or areas), edges and pathways marked(with pictures),major and minor nodes(with pictures),a brief
note on them and how they impact on the settlement and people.

SHEET3:MENTAL MAPPING
-Make a mind map, and storyline sketches to chromepet which are sequential.
- identifying the streets that join the GST, and their sequential pictures during the day and night time
,how they connect to small streets, inferences for all the roads.

SHEET4:IMGEABILITY BASED ON LAND USE+HIERARCHY


-Identifying the land use based on commercial, residential and commercial to analyse when why and
how, impact on people and lifestyle, inferences.
-Identifying the hierarchy of class and its impact on people and when why and how.(with picture as
references),inferences.

SHEET5:WARD 41&42(QUAD-1)+INFERENCES
-Mark the five elements of Kevin lynch, mark and analyse the principles of architecture, elements of
architecture, character of the wards and transition of spaces and lifestyle.

SHEET6:WARD 23,24,25&26(QUAD-2)+INFERENCES
-Mark the five elements of Kevin lynch, mark and analyse the principles of architecture, elements of
architecture, character of the wards and transition of spaces and lifestyle.

SHEET7:WARD 38,39&40(QUAD-3)+INFERENCES
-Mark the five elements of Kevin lynch, mark and analyse the principles of architecture, elements of

-A detail report of chrompet residing person and the experience with mind mapping and the serial
and cognitive vision with sketches and indication drawings.

SHEET10: CHROMEPET VISUAL-END OF THE LINE


-Night/day picture-inferences, panoramic views clubbed together +inferences, marking of skyline,
ground line, points, silhouettes +inferences for all these.
