Allow users to logon remotely using Terminal Services (Remote Desktop

QUICK INFO: Remote Desktop Services (RDS) or Terminal Services allow users to take control of
the other computer remotely (distantly) over the network. By default, only Administrators are
allowed to logon remotely via remote desktop services. In this tutorial, you are going to configure
the computer for Remote Desktop Connection and allow or authorize a standard user for remote
login.

PC-1 is designated to be Local Network Server. All user data are stored securely in a shared folder
located in one of the computers hard drive. Network printer is also installed and managed by the
Administrator in the network server. One day, the Administrator is out and he needs someone else
to configure the server without entering the server room. He should allow someone else from the
MIS/IT Group to logon to the server remotely on his/her behalf.
