    Greetings from Acer Philippines!

    This is to formally inform you that we will be running the Back To School Promo 2016 for every purchase of any
    qualified Acer Aspire Laptops, Switch 2-in-1s and Projectors (Please refer to the list of qualified models below) from May 15,
    2016 to June 30, 2016.

    PROMO MECHANICS

    1. Buy any qualified Acer Aspire Laptop or Projector from any participating stores and get amazing freebies.

    2. Secure a copy of the Promo Claim Form and your Official Receipt from the store to claim your freebie.

    3. Completely fill out the Promo Claim Form and submit it to Authorized Acer Redemption Areas along with:
    a. Original Receipt
    b. Cut-out of Box Serial No.
    c. Two (2) valid IDs

    4. For claiming via email, submit a clear scanned copy of each of the following to [email protected]
    a. Promo Claim Form
    b. Original Receipt
    c. Cut-out of Box Serial No.
    d. Two (2) valid IDs

    Delivery lead time upon acknowledgement of the email:


    Metro Manila and nearby Provinces 3 to 5 days
    Other parts of Luzon 5 to 7 days
    Visayas and Mindanao 7 to 10 days

    5. For claims via email, you may follow up at Telephone Nos. (02) 815-33-88 local 100. Acer Philippines will
    shoulder freight cost of sending the free item directly to the registered address indicated in the submitted
    Promo Claim Form.

    Note : Redemption of FREE item is until 60 days from end of promo period.
    How to avail the 3 year Warranty?
    1. Customer must register from May 15 to July 15 2016 only

    2. To register, customer must e-mail proofs of purchase and other details listed below to

    First Name, Middle Initial and Surname
    Contact Number/s
    Home Address
    Serial Number of the purchased laptop qualified in this promo
    Digital or scanned copy of Original Receipt
    Digital or scanned copy of the laptop boxs Serial Number
    Digital or scanned copy of two (2) Valid IDs

    3. Customer will get a Confirmation Email and verification call from Acer Customer Care.
    This email will have the following:
    3-Year Warranty Confirmation Number
    List of Acer Customer Service Centers and Authorized Service Providers

    4. On availment of the 3-Year Warranty, customer must bring a Print Out copy of the Confirmation Email and
    present his two (2) valid IDs to any of the Acer Customer Service Centers and Authorized Service Providers
    indicated in the email.

    PROMO CLAIM FORM

    REPLACEMENT OF FREE ITEM

    Free items may be replaced within 7 days from date of purchase. Defective units must be returned to Acer Philippines
    Head Office (BGC, Taguig City) for replacement. Stores may not exchange their existing stocks with defective ones
    returned by customer.
