MANAGEMENT ASPECT

A. Management Objective
Management is managing a business or simply a manner of handling, controlling,
and directing the organization to achieve a common goal and give the consumer their needs.

The management aims to have an organized structure of people who is capable to


do their specified jobs, to know the appropriate policies, guidelines and conditions of employees
whether general or specific and to create good and orderly security policies.

C. Job Specification
1. Manager Formulate the policy and program of the company. Monitor and ensure the
smooth flow of the overall activities of the organization, including major decision
making and effective in motivating and administering disciplinary actions of fellow
employees towards the achievement of the companys goal and objective.

2. Bookkeeper- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts;


posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance. Responsible in preparing
employees salaries and wages.
3. Secretary- Responsible for clerical and administrative functions such as drafting
correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and
electronic files, or providing information to callers.

4. Porter - This are the delivery drivers helpers who are responsible for loading,
unloading, preparing, cleaning their assigned trucks for delivery duties. The helpers
must know basic mechanic skills in case delivery truck has technical issues. Other tasks
helpers are expected to do: Receive payments from clients once they deliver products.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks with the manufacturers products and maintain
delivery trucks.

5. Driver responsible for transporting goods from one place to another by driving a
delivery vehicle and for the safety and timely delivery of items, they must be careful
and diligent. It is important for delivery drivers to be able to use technology to plot
routes so that timely deliveries can be made. Knowledge of local and interstate routes
is also a prerequisite for this position.

D. Job Specification

It specifies human qualifications in terms of traits, skills and experiences required to


accomplish the job.

Manager

BA or BS degree
Minimum 3-5 years of contract negotiation and experience
Male/Female
Able to work with some independence and manage numerous tasks quickly and
efficiently
Good judgement, knows when to seek advice
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Mail)
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Bookkeeper

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with proven academic excellence


At least two years experience
Strong computer and analytical skills including proficiency in Excel.
Must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Accounting Principles.

Secretary

Good verbal and written communication skills


Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
At least one year of secretarial/clerical experience

Porter

Having good interpersonal abilities


Basic math abilities
Familiar with issuing official and delivery receipts.
Must at least be a high school graduate
Physically fit
Male
Must be 18 years old up to 40 years old

Driver

Having good knowledge about routes


Must be a Highschool Graduate
With a Professional License
Must be medically certified to be drug free
Must be 18 years old up to 40 years old
Male
E. Conditions of Employment

1. Company Requirements
The Secretary is responsible for identifying a vacancy in the organization. She shall
submit the personnel requirements for evaluation and approval.

Upon hiring, they shall submit the following documents.

Latest 2x2 ID picture


Authenticated Birth Certificate
Certified Bio-data
Barangay and Police Clearance
Medical Certificates

2. Orientation
All newly hired must undergo the company orientation before they proceed to work.

General Orientation - Company mission, vision, philosophy, objective, company


history, major rules and regulation, code of conduct and employee benefits.

Work Orientation - the superior will explain the work to be done and clarify the
minimum level of acceptance in the work.

After orientation, the employee signs a certificate that he understood and accepted
the companys work standard.

3. Code of Conduct

All employees are expected to be observe proper decorum and respect the rights
of co-employees and behave in a civil manner.

F. Payment of Salary
1. Pay Day

The employees will receive their salaries every 15th day of the month, the drivers
and porters will be compensated according to the number of soft drinks cases they had
delivered. It will be computed by multiplying the number of cases they delivered by
Two (2) pesos.

2. Deductions
Deductions are those mandated by law such SSS, Philhealth. Other liabilities to the
company that the employee is made aware of may be deducted from his salary.
G. Benefits

The company believes in providing specific benefits to employees in relation to what it can
afford. The company may grant the following benefits

Meal Allowance
The driver together with his pahinante will receive a total of Two Hundred Pesos
a day.
