Ergonomics

Ergonomics aims to create a well-suited working environment for users by studying how humans interact with objects. It focuses on four main areas: the working environment, work routine, equipment placement, and furniture design. Proper ergonomics when working with computers involves maintaining good posture, using an adjustable chair and desk at comfortable heights, positioning the monitor at eye-level in front of the user without glare, and using a mouse to avoid strain on the wrists.
