Course Description: Desktop Publishing enables students to learn Adobe Indesign, Illustrator,
and Photoshop to design a creative and effective layout for printed matters.
Course Objective/s: Students will gain a working knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Illustrator,
and Photoshop to design a creative layout for brochure, restaurant menu, poster, stationery, and
book.
Course Learning Outcome/s (CLO): Upon completion of this course the student will have skill
& knowledge to Design and Self-publish a wide range of Printed matter (brochure, books,
magazines, menu, poster, company profile, stationary, etc.) using Desktop Publishing Software
(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & Indesign).
Mode of Delivery: Lectures, Presentation, Watching Tutorial, Software Demo, & Assistance.
Assessment Methods and Types: Method: Attendance, Assignments, Presentation. Attendance
