    Contributed 490+ hours as a hospital volunteer.

    Coordinated race logistics for the Popsicle 5K Fun Run having over one hundred participants.
    Worked volunteer hours for the community while a member of the Boy Scouts of America.

    GRANTS
    FAMILY PROMISE OF DAVIE COUNTY received an award of $2,928.00 from the Davie
    Community Foundation based on my work with another student and our presentation to solicit
    funds to benefit the organizations homeless children and families.
    DAVIE MEDICAL CENTER WAKE FOREST BAPTIST HEALTH received an award of
    $338 from the Davie Community Foundation based on work with my younger brother and our
    presentation to solicit funds for our idea to provide children bilingual coloring sheets and crayons
    while in the hospital in a project titled Coloring Entre Los Lineas- A cool way to learn Spanish!

    Leading the charge for the Science Club efforts to collect recyclables (2016-2017).

    Placed 2nd in the Material Science area and 4th in the Code Busters area.
