RE: Permission to use School gym.

On behalf of Grade 9 - Kordillera, I would like to request permission to use the school gym on January 5,
2017, from 1 pm to 5 pm. Our section is planning to participate on the upcoming DRANHS COMARTS
FESTIVAL. As such, there is a need to use the school gym for our section to practice.

Please allow MS. SOFIA O. DINGDING to enter the school premises for she is the official CHOREOGRAPHER
of Grade 9 Kordillera.
