Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the

Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTIONL The existing Land Transportation Office (LTO)

Extension Office located in the Municipality of Agoo, Province of
La Union is hereby converted into a regular LTO District Office.
SEC. 2. The Secretary ofTransportation and Communications
shall immediately include in the Department's programs the
operationalization of the regular LTO District Office in the
Municipality of Agoo, Province of La Union, the initial funding of
which shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of
the extension office located in Agoo, La Union. Thereafter, such
sums as may be necessary for the continued operation ofthe LTO
District Office shall be included in the annual General
Appropriations Act.

the Bayawan City Extension Office into a regular district office
ofthe Land Transportation Office (LTO)".

SEC. 2. The existing Bayawan City LTO Extension Office

is hereby converted into a regular LTO district office.

SEC. 3. The Secretary ofTransportation and Communications

shall immediately include in the Department's programs the
operationalization of the Regular LTO District Office in Bayawan

year's appropriations of the Bayawan City LTO Extension Office.
