Capabilities and Features:


Simulink Support Package for Samsung GALAXY Android Hardware lets you program and run
algorithms on Samsung GALAXY Android devices. The support package includes a library of Simulink
(http://www.mathworks.com/products/simulink) blocks for accessing the devices' sensors, including
camera and GPS.

You can design signal or image processing algorithms and applications for mobile devices from Simulink.
You can monitor and ne-tune the application using the sensors of your smartphone or tablet. Then you
can deploy the nished application to your Samsung GALAXY Android hardware with the click of a button.

The support package includes:

Library of Simulink blocks that program your Samsung GALAXY Android device I/O, including inputs
such as accelerometer, ambient temperature, camera, gyroscope, location (GPS), humidity, light,
pressure and outputs to the device display, speaker, and other devices connected via WiFi (such as user
datagram protocol, UDP)

Interactive parameter tuning of outputs and signal monitoring of sensor inputs for applications running
on your Samsung GALAXY Android smartphone or tablet

Simulink blocks that can send data to or receive data from other Android apps

Model deployment for standalone operation on the device, allowing interaction by generating
touchscreen widgets, such as sliders and buttons
