Why LDN &WDN Request functionality?

ADDC e-Services tries to make its customers interactions at ease.

Accessing the menu

Navigate to My Accounts -> Load Demand Notification option in the menu.

Searching the request by Request Id

Use the drop down for searching by Request Status

Search between the dates


New Request

For creating a new request : Click on the Create LDN Request link
New Request : Sections

Sections that need to be completed for any new request.


New Request : Section 1

Collecting Project details


New Request : Section 1 Premise Information

Enter the Premise Id and premise related information would be populated automatically.
New Request : Section 1 -

Request Type :

Project Type :

Service Type : default - LDN & WDN

Area Search
New Request : Section 2 Load Category

Auto Total and The Load Category would automatically be changed as per Total Load.
New Request : Section 3 Water Details

Auto Total and The Demand Category would automatically be changed as per Total Load.
New Request : Section 4 pdf format

Attachments required in NORMAL pdf format (NOT MULTI-LAYERED) only of maximum size
of 4MB per attachment. Kindly do not keep long file names, special characteristics or
symbols.
New Request : Section 5 Terms & Conditions

Kindly check the CheckBox and Click on Submit Request to get the Request Id.
Request Status - Not Assigned

Request not yet assigned to ADDC Team is Not Assigned and is EDITable by Contractor for
changes.
Request Status - Assigned

Request Status changes to Assigned once it gets assigned to an ADDC agent.


Approved Request

Once Approved - Case Ids, Attachments for E&W and attachment information are displayed.
Rejected Request

For any Rejected Request Reason would be mentioned.


Re-Submit Request for Rejected Cases

Re-Submit a Rejected Case by entering the old Case ID and all information will be populated
on the basis of the case type.
Updating Personal Details

You can update your Personal Information like Telephone number, Mobile number and
email address.
Errors

All errors/issues will be highlighted at the top of the page


Few things to remember:
No company stamp is required on drawing while submitting /uploading online.
All documents will be reviewed by the CSR from ADDC once submitted by this
application.

In case you want to update the mobile number/email in the My Profile >Person
Information. You can also update the mobile number/email on the Request Form to
assign them for a PARTICULAR REQUEST only. It will NOT update your Default Profile
information.

Kindly DO NOT ATTACH MULTI-LAYERED pdf, else the request would be rejected.

Kindly DO NOT Include Symbols or Special characteristics in file name.

Kindly DO NOT Keep the file names too long.

In case you encounter any error or issue while submitting the application please
contact the Customer Service Representative from ADDC with screen shot of the error.
PDF Format Acceptable
Various Request Statuses

Not Assigned [CUSTOMER SERVICE] : Request has been entered by


contracting company but NOT YET picked by ADDC CSR.

Assigned [CUSTOMER SERVICE] : Request processing has started in the


system.

Approved [CUSTOMER SERVICE] : Request has been approved by the CSR


and CASE Id is registered and intimated to contractor by SMS/Email.
Please note Case is still not Approved by the Engineering Department

Reject [CUSTOMER SERVICE] : Request has been rejected by the CSR due
to incorrect information/missing documents/ not clear documents.

Complete [ENGINEERING] : The case processing has completed. Case could


be Approved or Rejected status.
We are currently working on upgrading and adding
more features to the application.
