For creating a new request : Click on the Create LDN Request link
New Request : Sections
Enter the Premise Id and premise related information would be populated automatically.
New Request : Section 1 -

Area Search
New Request : Section 2 Load Category
Auto Total and The Load Category would automatically be changed as per Total Load.
New Request : Section 3 Water Details
Auto Total and The Demand Category would automatically be changed as per Total Load.
New Request : Section 4 pdf format
Attachments required in NORMAL pdf format (NOT MULTI-LAYERED) only of maximum size
of 4MB per attachment. Kindly do not keep long file names, special characteristics or
symbols.
New Request : Section 5 Terms & Conditions
Kindly check the CheckBox and Click on Submit Request to get the Request Id.
Request Status - Not Assigned
Request not yet assigned to ADDC Team is Not Assigned and is EDITable by Contractor for
changes.
Request Status - Assigned
Once Approved - Case Ids, Attachments for E&W and attachment information are displayed.
Rejected Request
Re-Submit a Rejected Case by entering the old Case ID and all information will be populated
on the basis of the case type.
Updating Personal Details
You can update your Personal Information like Telephone number, Mobile number and
email address.
Errors
In case you want to update the mobile number/email in the My Profile >Person
Information. You can also update the mobile number/email on the Request Form to
assign them for a PARTICULAR REQUEST only. It will NOT update your Default Profile
information.
Kindly DO NOT ATTACH MULTI-LAYERED pdf, else the request would be rejected.
In case you encounter any error or issue while submitting the application please
contact the Customer Service Representative from ADDC with screen shot of the error.

Various Request Statuses
Reject [CUSTOMER SERVICE] : Request has been rejected by the CSR due
to incorrect information/missing documents/ not clear documents.
