GE Power Systems

STANDARD HARDWARE

This section contains tables and illustrations of the hardware components considered standard throughout the as-
semblies of the turbine, such as screws, bolts, nuts, washers and threaded inserts. The tables are designed to help
in specifying and ordering these components.
To use this section, look for a standard hardware part number on one of the assembly parts lists (see the list below
for Standard Hardware Part Number Types). Then, simply turn to the table corresponding to the number series of
the part you have chosen and follow the instructions and examples shown on the table to determine the specifications
of the item. If you determine it is the item you want, order it using the part ordering instructions in the Foreword.

Attached is a list of stainless steel wire locking inserts used on Gas Turbine components.

These inserts are commonly known as HELI-COIL screwlock inserts.
