    I. Abstract
    EASM is the small company for electronic devices. We Sell
    and transport devices for all of the City. This divices is for
    the company or other business which is needed for their
    network , for easy flowing of the net , for arrangement of
    other devices and providing the data flow and
    communicate and accessing the other network.There are 8
    departments for accessing and controling the network in
    office.
    I.T For Controlling the software and updating the
    network for the Company.
    HR- Handling the employee or costumer and Hiring the
    applicant.
    Marketing Checking and handling the costumer and the
    product for the company.
    Admin Updating and checking the website and the other
    inventory would come.
    Finance - To manage the large amounts of money,
    especially by governments or large companies.
    Security Checking the CCTV camera and people who
    come and go for the company.
    Tech support- They manage to troubleshoot a computer /
    devices if some of the devices has stop working and they
    able to setup and controlling of the hardware.
    Engineering They manage the hardware and the
    software of the building of the company . Especially they
    plan and work for the network for other customer.
    Accounting-the action or process of keeping financial
    accounts.
    Each Network or Department in the company have a
    different IP address and different controlling devices. Each
    of the network have one server to maintain the data flow
    and saving the data if the computer have a problem. This
    network is to apply and connect each of the department to
    communicate even they are far to each other and this how
    to distribute the data of each department. This network is
    to ensure the safety of the files if one of the network has
    down. This will help for the company to backup their files.

    II. Network requirements -

    This setup is using for communicate each department


    , They can also connect each other by using their IP or
    server account. The problem is the other network is
    cant communicate to the other department.

    I use to Create a ports to other side of the router to


    communicate each of the department so they can
    communicate each other, if some of the network has
    down the other network will continue connect
    because of the connection i apply to this network. I
    create a wireles router to the wireless devices if some
    of the emplyee want to use a wireless devices like
    using a laptop and etc.
    III. Network requirement analysis

    The Basis of this network is if some of the server is


    down we can use another server to the other
    network. If some of the network or router is down we
    can use another router because the 3 network has
    connected to each other. Mostly of our company we
    always using a media to communicate the applicant
    and the other costumer . Because this 3 router is
    good to use of this work.The requirement is always
    check a backup server to your network and always
    check your network if some of this router is down so
    we can use the redundancy connection to connect
    the other side router. This redundancy connection
    will prevent the other network if the other router is
    down.

    -This my design is to seperate each department to determine Their


    network. This is most easily to find where you want to search or find
    the department you want. Each of this department has different Ip
    address , network and different role of the company. Each of this
    network has 1 controlling room to ensure the safety of the file and to
    back up the server and the data which is the most important.The
    important of the seperation of the network is when 1 network is down
    we can use another network to ensure the safety of the backup file. I
    can share the files to the other network to when another network is
    down so i can get a copy a files when we need it.

    X. Network Design and configuration strategy

    HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE - Server- to maintain the


    backup for the network and the storing files which is
    transmitting the data to computer. Switch- is a device that
    connects a number of computer together to make a LAN.
    Router- is a network device that connects together two or
    more network . All computer have a windows 8 and 10 for
    better use of the user , this easily transmitting the data to
    the other pc and easily to use the computer.
    Router I set up a password for router to secure the
    safety of the network . Only the IT or the Tech support will
    handle this situation.
    The Fast of the transmitting the data and the internet ,
    each IP has a internet to carry each of the network will go
    on this computer.
