Note: The contractor can accomplish the whole activities within 9 days by forming different crews provided that the above mentioned right of
way problems are fully solved. The around building sewer line, main sewer line and the sewer connection works can be executed concurrently by
assigning different crews. Hence, the maximum CD (9) has been taken for the above major activities. However, the contractor should have
accomplished leveling and clearing; channeling; manhole cover placing at some locations; DCI cover supply and installation; flushing and system
testing for all other completed sections and the contractor shall not be excused for these part of works and later liquidated damage will be applied
until these outstanding activities are completed. In the meantime, the Client should solve all above remaining right of way problems and ready
the site to the contractor in short time to avoid further time extension.
