Terms and Conditions:

1. Orders must be placed at least three days before the expected date of
delivery.

2. 50% (Fifty percent) of the net chargeable amount has to be paid in advance,
as a security for last minute cancellation and retrieval of orders and/or as
an incentive for making charges.

3. Home-Delivery is optional and charges are calculated and separately added


to the net amount (typically `40 or `50 depending on the distance).

4. The prices of the cakes and chocolates have not been mentioned above
because prices vary according to topping, decoration, and material used.
Prices (basic price exclusive of decoration) typically range from `250 to
`350 per pound. Prices of chocolates vary from `8 to `10 per piece.

5. Since chocolates are difficult to be made individually, orders should


typically be made in multiples of 30 and 50. Orders less than 30 pieces of
chocolates cannot be placed.
