1. To manage goal libraries, users can click "Add" to enter a goal, set its status to "Active", and enter start and target completion dates. They can also add target outcomes. 2. Elegibilty profiles contains business requirement conditions on based of what person is eligible for
annual assessment pfm documents are only available for those who met eligibility criteria

When a worker is eligible for a performance document, it appears on the My Manager Evaluations
page of that worker's direct manager,
he document also appears on the worker's My Evaluations page. Both the worker and manager can
access the document.

The HR specialist completes these steps:.

1. Creates a performance template, with a performance document period for the current evaluation
period named US Sales Annual Evaluation.
2. Adds the US Sales Team eligibility profile to the document period.
3. Runs the eligibility batch process to find all eligible salespeople to make the US Sales Annual
Evaluation performance document available to them and their managers to start the evaluation
In case person has been hired mid way-:

The HR specialists completes these steps:

1. Navigates to the Determine Worker Eligibility for Performance Documents page in the Performance
Management work area, and selects Lee Smith.
2. On the Manage Performance Document Eligibility page, selects US Sales Annual Evaluation as the

In case of transfer-:

The HR specialist completes these steps:

1. Navigates to the Determine Worker Eligibility for Performance Documents page, and selects Taylor
Wong.
2. On the Manage Performance Document Eligibility page, clicks the Change Eligibility button, selects
the US Sales Annual Evaluation performance documents, and specifies to force it eligible.
