ASSIGNMENT

ECM 566 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Imagine you are the project manager of a triple-storey luxurious bungalow. The client
requested for the project to be completed with the best quality and certain time frame.
You are responsible to oversee the project. As a project manager, you understand that
the project will involve the following basic work tasks:
Project definition
Team and allocation of work tasks
Time plan.
There may be some other tasks involved. You are required to expand on the above tasks
(plus others that you consider relevant). Discuss them in detail, with reasons and
justifications. As this is a mock project, the technical details are not important.

This assignment addresses CO1, CO2, CO3 and PO5, PO11.

Conditions of this assignment:


The outcome of this assignment will be in the form of presentation slides.
Students are required to present their findings within the last week of lecture.
Each group is given 15 minutes to present.
One group consist of 5 team members. Each team member is required to present.
