Respected Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject that project entitled Utilization of Plastic Waste in
Concrete and Paver Block: Feasibility Study is in progress from February 2016. The first installment
of the above cited project amounting Rs.10.40 Lakhs was sanctioned vide letter no.
DST/SSTP/Rajasthan/331dated 01.01.2016.
Please find attached the following documents of expenditure up to 31-03-17:
1. Audited Statement of Expenditure
2. Audited Utilization Certificate for financial year 2016-17 (01.01.2016 to 31.03.2017).

It is for your kind information that Rs. 8,97,979 have been utilized upto 31st march 2017 against total
allocated fund of Rs. 10,40,000/-. Details of expenditure have been shown in attached statement of
expenditure with unutilized amount of Rs. 1,42,021/-.

Please permit us to spend this unutilized amount (Rs. 1,42,021/-) in financial year 2017-2018. You are
also requested to please release the second installment for the financial year 2017-18.
