of guidance and honest feedbacks, for the maintenance of an effective and
realistic adult learning environment, the fulfillment of their aspirations will
be achieved. We must open the doors of an up-to-date knowledge, practical
skills and values of modern Filipino; to create their own masterpieces while

Educational Philosophy
My goal as a teacher is to provide instruction to all students in my classes. I
believe that the imparting of knowledge should not be done through rote
memorization but rather through the development of conceptual
understanding. Acquisition of content knowledge is vital but provision of the
necessary skills is even more crucial to help students succeed in school and in
their daily lives. In so doing, they become independent, critical thinkers and
problem solvers.
Educational Philosophy
Teaching is a never ending process of establishing a successful adult
learning environment, one that values and enables learning for both students
and teacher. This process starts in making students responsible for their own
learning because the greatest learning occurs when adults take responsibility
for determining what they learn.

Educational Philosophy
Just like any form of art, teaching encompasses not just the cultivation of the
mind, but also the captivation of the heart, seeing the potential of each student
and further enhancing his or her intelligence and talents. With these being
authentic and aesthetic, everyone would see the art that springs from the
passion of this vocation. Just like any form of art, teaching is meant to feed
the mind, nurture the heart, and most importantly inspire a life.
