Classroom Materials Where to find materials & supplies

Seating Charts and how to take Attendance

Daily Schedule, Bell Schedule, Lunch and Preps times

How to Contact Oce or Cooperating Teacher

Emergency and/or Fire Drill Procedures (Map by door)

Information on student Cell Phone usage

Log for any notes or information you would like me to


know about the day.

Materials: (Unlocked) Black File Cabinet Top Drawer:

Bell Ringers This drawer contains sectional folders labeled by class


Lesson Plans period & subjects.

Group / Individual Work Please find various lessons/reviews in these folders.

Each lesson/review folder contains bell ringer problems


and directions, and group/individual work.

Students also have math workbooks (located on


bookshelf) They may work on them if time allows, or if they
need additional work.

Classroom Rules All student know and understand these classroom rules:

In your seat when the bell rings.

Start of class They should immediately begin to work


quietly on bell ringer warm-up.

Respect teachers & classmates.

We follow the 5Ps - Prompt, Prepared, Productive,


Polite and Patience. (Please remind them of The 5 Psif
needed, they will know immediately what youre implying.)

Listen and Follow Teachers Directions.

Cell phones, please see rules in General Info. folder.


Daily Routines Enter room quietly backpacks are stored on rear tables.

Find your seat / Take out materials / Store backpacks

Review Agenda / Homework

Work on Bell Ringer warm-up.

Review and questions on prior material.

Hand in homework

New Topic Discussion

Class practice ( group or independent)

Homework assigned

Exit tickets

Dismissal (Have a nice Day!) The teacher dismisses.

Behavior: All students are required to follow the code of conduct


outlined in the behavior and discipline polices in their
student handbook/agenda.

*Located in blue folder.

End of Class Procedures Exit tickets should be handed out 10-15 minutes before
class ends.
After exit tickets are handed in students may quietly:

Dispose of any/all trash

Collect backpack from back of room & collect their


belongings.

Sit quietly until bell rings.

After the bell rings Please dismiss them by: Have a nice
day!

Miscellaneous Table by my desk:

Pencils, rulers, calculators, scratch paper, etc. Students may


use and know, but please remind them to return!

Each period has 2 baskets for homework. (Labeled) One is


turn-in, the other is pick-up.

Sign-in/Sign-out log for leaving class. Pass is hanging on the


wall, by the log. Please make sure it is always returned.
