BBOC Minutes

Precinct No. 0193 A SK Barangay: Luvimin

Municipality/ City: Kidapawan City Province: North Cotabato

Time Canvassing Started: 8:45 P.m. Time Canvassing Ended: 9:15 P.m.

After we, the BET have counted the votes and announced the winners for our own
precincts, we then received the ER from precinct _______________________and we have them
canvassed together with our precinct. Then we tallied the result of two canvassed ER and then
proclaimed the winners the Punong Barangay and the SK as well.

We right away segregated all ERs to their respective envelops and then obtained the
BBOC thumb marks and signatures. The ERs and all election reports /paraphernalia were
delivered safely and successfully to the Treasurers Office and to the EO in good condition.
