Motor
as per the motor data we found a looseness problem at both motor bearings we found a
fault frequencies also related to the motor bearings we highly recommend to check both
motor bearings.

Gearbox
A periodic impact at each revolution is now visible on time wave form of the high speed
shaft which reveals a wear existence. The periodic pattern is concerning and the high
amount of impact as well, thus the high speed shaft bearing is to be checked immediately.

The last measurement indicates a sharp increase at shaft#1 trend with accompanied with a
high impact at shaft#1 bearings which is considered a new for this bearing according to the
last months measurements

Recommendations:
Check the motor bearings.
Visually check the gear unit.
Shaft #1 bearings is to be replaced.
