Subject : Request transfer under one time option for lady officer

Sir,

With the subject above mentioned, I want to say that my transfer from Patna Zone to New
Delhi Zone, which I have opted, has not been considered during present transfer exercise (ATE
2017). I want to raise following points:

1) That I have been working in Patna Zone since 28.09.2011 till now (6 years). Earlier
dated. I had put up the request application under one time option, which was denied
by the bank. Again this year also I have put up the request for the same vide my request
dated , that is also not considered.

2) Sir, at present my married life is going through difficult situation and it is very crucial for
me to be with my spouse to make my married life flourish, otherwise my married life will be
ruined. And this has already started depression on me.

3) My overall performance from last 6 years towards my work and goal is excellent (You may
check my Annual appraisal) but I am worried that It may shrink due to my current mental
condition.

4) Sir, Viewing all the above mentioned facts and my humble request, I again request you to
please consider my application and transfer me from Patna Zone to New Delhi Zone under
one time lady officer ground.

5) I shall be grateful to you for your kind consideration and favorable order.
