1st Jan, 1995 WTO was founded in Geneva, with total national members of
more that 150 an has a top decision making body which is Ministerial Conference.
After every 2 years, the conference is held and WTO an global authoritative
organisation, so there will be some disagreements among few countries over the
practice of WTO. After GATT, WTO was followed after which an idea was
introduced ITO but it didn't occur, basically their subjects. Was to decrease tariffs
but further ahead other wall trades began to rise. WTO intends to liberalising and
relaxing trade through round cooperations. In other hands few years passed
members of WTO didn't decide on the agenda for any new rounds. Few of the
developing countries didn't agree with the WTO dreading rules compulsory for
Singapore issues that would limit their scope and policies for growth.
In usual civil society established a contend that WTO help benefit the rich
countries which is misusing of the 3rd world and later this blame was proven
wrong because WTO only pass those rules to which all members agree on. WTO
once didn't allow few countries from increasing their tariffs so they felt as if
theyve been cheated. WTO policies were extremely complicated; a global
dispute exploded over patents pharmacy that sheltered the whole world like:
Thailand
South Africa
Brazil, etc.

tariffs in market till later. Developing countries do not need to open immediately
their markets to overwhelm the pressure of competitors.
