How The System Works

The system works by constructing a room with dimensions of 5m x 5m x 3m, positioning GRE pipes within the room supported by a base and flanges. Oil is pumped into the pipes from a tank using a special pump, with pressure gauges between two valves on the exit pipe to read the pressure provided. An electric blower on the opposite side of the pump heats the GRE pipes to increase their temperature to 75°C, regulated by a thermostat connected to the blower inside the room.

How the system works

First, the room constructed with dimension almost 5 5 3. The GRE pipes are
positioning and supporting via support base and flanges at the middle of the room. The oil that
provided from the oil tank is pumping inside the pipe by using special oil pump. There are two
valves with pressure gage between them at exist pipe. The pressure gage read the provided
pressure to the GRE pipes inside the room. At the opposite side of the pump, there are an
electric blower provide the heat to increase the temperature of the GRE pipes to .A thermostat
is locate inside the room and connected to the electric blower to adjust the GRE pipe
temperature at 75 .
