EMTP-RV Demonstration Installation Guide

EMTP-RV Demo Version Installation guide

1- You can download the EMTP-RV demo version at this page http://emtp-software.com/content/demoversion using
your personal login and password you received by email.

- Create a new user account: http://www.emtp-software.com/user/register

2- Download EMTP-RV 3.3.1 Demo

3- Unzip EMTP-RV_ 3.3.X.zip and double-click on the file EMTP-RV_ 33X_Setup.exe

4- The below interface will appear. Click Next and follow the instructions.

5- Once the EMTP-RV setup is completed, go to the menu Start on your computer All programs/EMTPWorks 3.3,
and click in the program EMTPWorks.

EMTP automatically activates the demo version by creating a demo license.

6- If the demo license is not created after the installation you can use the EMTP Activation Utility to enable the
demonstration mode.

7- The EMTP Activation Utility 1.1 window pops up, click on Activate demonstration mode

8- The Demonstration mode window pops up, click on Activate demonstration mode

9- This operation will replace your current EMTP license information, if any.

10- You can now run EMTPWorks in demonstration mode!

REMARK: The new 64-bit MPLOT requires the MCR installer from MATLAB which must be downloaded and installed
by user: http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/ (R2014a, 64-bit version for Windows).
