    Subject: Blood Donation campaign and a Visit to Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation
    In order to carry out our companys corporate social responsibility effort, we will be organizing a
    blood donation campaign and a visit to Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation which is a home
    for Down Syndrome children.

    Blood Donation Campaign


    Date: November 9th, 2016
    Time: 10.00a.m. to 3.00p.m.
    Venue: Company
    We cordially welcome you to join us in this meaningful event as it is a known fact that donating
    blood does not only save lives, it also balances iron level in ones blood and provide a better
    blood flow in our body. By donating blood, we can carry out free blood test to evaluate our
    overall health and detect a wide range of disorders. To ensure the safety of blood donation for
    both donors and recipients, all volunteer blood donors must be evaluated to determine their
    eligibility to give blood. The blood and platelet donors must have a good general healthy body
    and they must not be infected with diseases or illness. Furthermore, the blood donors must be at
    least 17 years old and weigh at least 50kg.

    Visit to Kimanis Down Syndrome Foundation


    Date: November 10th, 2016
    Time: 9.00a.m. to5.00p.m.
    Venue: Kimanis Down Syndrome Foundation
    Besides that, each staff have the golden opportunity to contribute to the society by showing love
    and care to those children in need during the visit to Kimanis Down Syndrome Foundation. Love
    and care will bring happiness and cultivate attitude of gratitude among these group of special
    children. On the other hand, we will provide free transportation to the destination. We will be
    carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties at there. After that, free lunch will be provided and
    we have the chance to enjoy great performances by the Down Syndrome children.
