AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, FLORENDA LABERGUE HALLARA, of legal age, widow and a resident of


Brgy. Amparo, Pavia, Iloilo after having been sworn to in accordance with law, depose
and state:

1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land Lot 448-G-4, PSD-06-


071132 located in Brgy. Amparo, Pavia, Iloilo;

2. That the house of MIRABEL G. PENAS and family is built on a portion of said
parcel of land which I own;

3. That I hereby express my consent for said MIRABEL PENAS construction or


maintaining her house or abode on said portion of parcel of land that I own;

4. That further, I also express my favorable consent in her favor, to have her
line application with ILECO; and

5. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever purpose this may serve.

construction or maintaining her house or abode on said portion of parcel of
land that I own;

9. That further, I also express my favorable consent in her favor, to have her
line application with ILECO; and

10. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever purpose this may serve.
