Educational video content authors must be careful that the content is adequate for the audience and the purpose especially on the term level. On the other hand authors must be careful that the content does not cause information overloading. Viewer can experience it if video has too much motions and movements. Information overload has become an increasingly popular area of study and a lot of authors indicated that information density of movies and videos have risen in the last few decades. High information density of videos and movies may cause information overloading and it has been proved by Lang et al in their theoretic model named Limited Capacity Model of Motivated Mediated Message Processing. This theoretic model suggests how to measure information density in videos and movies but this method is slow and just trained observers can do this job well. In this paper the new model for information density measuring in videos and movies is described and tested. This new model is based on special usage of background subtraction algorithms and in this paper multi-layer background subtraction algorithm based on color and texture is used. This algorithm is presented by authors Yao and Odobez on CVPR Visual Surveillance Workshop in 2007. Results of our model are compared with the trained observer’s results and the same video clips that have been used by Lang et al are used for testing. It can be seen that there is a significant correlation between information densities measured by trained observers and our model. Our model can be used to determine some forms of information density in videos and movies and it can be used to indicate higher possibility of information overloading.

An Experience on Analogy and Metaphor: Creative Design Tools
To Increase Students Creativities

S. Selhan Yaln Usal, Hali University

Ayse Nilay Evcil, Hali University

Abstract

Using analogy and metaphors are very common in architecture, as well as in literature, poetry and art works like painting.
Analogy and metaphor are innovative tool for designers. By using similarities between two things, analogy could emerge
and suggest new ways to refine and revise designers ideas (Suwa and Tuersky, 1996) whereas metaphors (essentially)
shape the way we value things as a result of seeing as (Gulari, 2015). There is a consensus that form borrowing and visual
metaphor inspire architects. On the other hand, designers creative ideas are usually based on visual images rather than
abstract concepts (Ayran, 2012). Therefore, some images from nature are commonly used to develop architectural
designs. Traditional architecture like other design domain grow on the absence of non-visual features and architects tend
to think, know and work in visual way (Herssns and Heylighen, 2011). The aim of this paper is to indicate the capability
of a design approach based on the usage of analogy and creation of verbal metaphors to increase architecture students
creativities on the first year. What is unique on this experience is the usage of abstract concepts instead of images. During
four weeks, students experienced to find a design solution to the following question: Do abstract concepts and
geometrical shapes (euclidian and non-euclidian) and colors may influence architect? In other words, the first year
students drew an analogy between abstract concepts and shapes and colors. Instead of visual images as reference forms
they tried to use verbal metaphors. Then, they applied verbal metaphors to create a three dimentional model. This studio-
based experience showed us that analogy and metaphor are powerful tools to increase students creativity even visual
images were not used. It is beneficial for instructors to encourage students to use analogy and metaphor in design studios.
This new tool may also inspire architecture students to develop new forms along with emotional and verbal concepts

Approval of different users characteristics in interior
architecture education: The case of store design

Selhan Yalcin Usal, Halic University

Nilay Evcil, Beykent University

Abstract

The universal design is a design concept which aims to pay attention to different users characteristics such as cultural,
physical, mental and dimensional. It has a similar meaning with inclusive design or design for all which makes places
usable by everyone regardless of physical or mental or emotional differences (Evcil, 2012; Helvacolu and Karamaolu,
2012). Approval of these concepts in interior architecture education is an obligation when we consider different users
characteristics benefitting inside the buildings. The aim of this study is to examine both, how interior architecture
students interpret different human characteristics during their design process and to improve methodology for interior
design curricula by using these findings. The study group consisted of third and fourth grade interior architecture students
from two foundation universities in Istanbul. At the beginning of the study, students write their first ideas about how
store design can be more inclusive. Then, they try to understand different peoples requirements and problems causing
disablement with the help of empathy. Finally, they draw sketches concerning the process. The study provided important
findings for design trainers who deal with the adoption of inclusive design approach into the current interior design
curricula. The students achieved to create more inclusive store design through empathy. They point out almost physically
and sensory differences among users. According to diverse perception of students, circulation areas and accessibility to
payment counter and shelves come first in design solution. In addition, they consider rarely some graphical expressions
such as product labels and guiding tools.

PRE-SERVICE SCIENCE TEACHERS IMAGES AND
MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT DIFFUSION, ALLOTROPY AND IONIC
STRUCTURE CONCEPTS

Glseda eyceyurt trk,

mmye nur tzn,

Abstract
Properly constructed science lessons make students able to think critically, solve daily problems and compete in business
with the others. So its so important to educate science teachers capable of constructing well-designed educational
environments. So the purpose of this research was to determine pre-service science teachers images and misconceptions
about three main science concepts in order to give advices for organizing higher education to bring up more qualified
science teachers so then students. In this qualitative research, participants were 68 pre-service science teachers studying
at a public university in 2015-2016 academic year. Worksheets that make teachers draw and explain the diffusion,
allotropy and ionic structure concepts were used as data collecting devices. Content analysis was used for the gathered
data. Two researchers checked data collecting devices for validity. And the same researchers categorizing consistency
was used for reliability. After analyzing the data, it was found that 63 percentages of teachers had wrong scientific images
and 37 percentages of teachers had partly correct scientific images about diffusion. For allotropy, 60 percentages of
teachers had wrong scientific images, 25 percentages of teachers had partly correct scientific images and two percentages
of teachers had scientifically correct images. For ionic structure, 98 percentages of teachers had wrong scientific images
and two percentages of teachers had partly correct scientific images. Its important to highlight that pre-service science
teachers dont have scientifically correct images about main science concepts according to this researchs findings. It was
also found that they had misconceptions such as Molecular mass and molecular weight were same, Chemical reaction
means adjunction, Electron and atom are same, Elements form ionic structure. As a conclusion it can be said that pre-
service science teachers images about main science concepts are insufficient. So in order to bring up more qualified
science teachers, academicians must be aware of the pre-service science teachers insufficiency and then construct their
educational environments according to that need. When qualified science teachers are brought up, so the students are.

ARGUMENTATON SUPPORTED PROBLEM BASED LEARNNG
APPLICATIONS
Glseda eyceyurt trk,

mmye nur tzn,

Abstract

Problem based learning (PBL) is an instructional approach where students learn by solving challenging, open-ended
problems. The problems are authentic tasks and are solved in socially and contextually based teams of students. The
students rely on their current knowledge of the problem, identify information they need to know to solve the problem,
and the strategies they use to solve the problem (Stanford University Newsletter on Teaching, 2001). In many studies
done, a problem-based learner has been described as a disadvantage of acquiring incomplete knowledge (Banta, T. W.,
Black, K. E., & Kline, K. A., 2000, Dochy, Segers, Bossche & Gijbels, 2003; Tatar, 2007; Tatar, Oktay &Tysz, 2009; Tosun
2010). In this research problem based learning was supported with argumentation. The purpose of this research is to
determine the effect of argumentation supported problem based learning to candidate science teachers academic
scores. In this research pre and post tests semi-experimental design was used. The universe of the research consists of
candidate science teachers educating at a university in Central Anatolian Region in the 2013-2014 academic year. The
sample of the research consist of 90 third class candidate science teachers educating in three different classes and taking
the lesson of science lab applications. In the control group (N=44) problem based learning was conducted, in the
experiment group (N=46) argumentation supported problem based learning was conducted. The applications lasted eight
weeks in each group. Chemistry Concepts Tests was implicated to each of the groups as pre and post tests for
researching the studys sub problems. In order to test the hypotheses the t-test was conducted. According the analysis
results, it was observed that argumentation supported problem based teaching students conceptual understandings
were significantly higher problem based groups students.

Abstract

Distance learning applications have increased in Turkey in recent years. From primary school level to graduate level,
distance learning applications with varying methods and time spans are observed. Studies that compare the effectiveness
of distance learning with traditional schools can be found in the literature. The purpose of the current study is to
systematically examine studies that evaluated distance learning in regard to certain variables. Hence, masters and
doctoral theses as well as studies published in refereed journals have been documented and analyzed. The first study
was reached on September 29, 2016; and the last study was reached on December 1, 2016. Among the 200 studies on
distance learning that were conducted between 2000 and 2016, 35 were selected based on the criteria developed by
researchers. A descriptive, document analysis method was used in breaking down the studies. Based on the findings of
the experimental studies, it was concluded that there was no significant difference between the effectieness of traditional
schools and distance learning. Based on the findings of the descriptive studies, teachers and students reported both
positive and negative views on various issues regarding distance learning. Among the positive views, the most frequently
reported one was that distance learning improves academic achievement, motivation and attitudes. The most frequently
reported negative view was the weakness of teacher-student dialogues and academic guidance due to the lack of face to
face conversations. The findings were discussed in detail. These findings could shed light on lifelong learning applications
in formal, informal and adult education in Turkey.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a motivation scale for math class. To develop this scale; firstly, a draft scale which
includes 61 items has been prepared by reviewing of literature and asking experts opinion. This draft scale has been
reduced to 49 items after this was broached to concerned domain experts and linguists and necessary corrections were
done in accordance with the experts suggestions. In 2016-2017 school year, fall term; 49-item draft scale was applied in
201 students who were on 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade in Zbeyde Hanm Regional Secondary Boarding School in Balya
which is a county of Balkesir. By eliminating 9 scales which were incomplete and were completed incorrectly out of these
scales, 192 scales have been assessed. While analyzing survey data SPSS 22.0 program was used. As a result of analysis
for reliability, 9 items were not taken into the scale which had total item correlation under 0,30 and decreased Cronbach
Alpha reliability coefficient. As a result of factor analysis for validity, 26 items have been sum up into 3 factors (Motivation
for Performance, Mathematical Satisfaction, and Lack of Motivation). 18 of these items are positive, 8 of them are
negative. For reliability of remaining 26 items, 3 sub dimension as a result of varimax rotation and for the whole scale,
Cronbach Alpha (0.88) coefficients have been calculated.

Integration of 21st century skills in lesson planning in English as a
foreign language (EFL) teacher education

Kamile Hamilolu, Marmara University

Abstract

Lesson planning has been considered as one of the requirements of high quality teaching since the revolutionary times
of the 1970s when curriculum design was mentioned initially in foreign language teaching. Yearly plans, term plans,
monthly plans, unit plans, weekly plans and finally lesson plans have been an eminent part of teaching a foreign
language as one of the developments provided by notional-functional and communicative approaches in curriculum
and syllabus design in foreign language education. Even the developments and innovations in technology have not
diminished the prominence of planning classes and lessons since we still in need of using our time effectively and
efficiently in a language class, as all other disciplines do. Many approaches, methods, styles and strategies have been
used in planning EFL classes from the structural to the task based and communicative strands in methodology from the
late 1800s to the 2000s. Today, we need more variety in planning EFL lessons, since we have now 21st century skills
which are mainly based on communication, technology, critical thinking, collaboration and co-operation in education.
This requires us, EFL teacher educators, to integrate these skills in lesson planning while teaching our student teachers
how to teach and while they are learning how to teach. This paper intends to scrutinise the chronological and historical
review of lesson planning in EFL and Second language teacher education (SLTE) and also to present how they have been
used and developed within the scope of both in foreign language methodology and also my own lesson planning
courses at a state university in stanbul, Turkey from 1990s so far by presenting the sample work including the
integration of 21st century skills today. My basic aim here is to provide both teacher educators and student teachers to
be able to examine the developments in lesson planning and also to help them use the sample work in todays EFL
classes.

lknur ZPINAR, Omer Halis Demir University

Abstract

The fact that students adapting properly to the rapidly changed technological developments in the world is possible by
looking at the problem situations from different perspectives as a problem solver and by using their meaningful learning
in mathematics. The main idea of using modeling in mathematics education is based on the assumption that it provides
more meaningful learning environment associated with daily life. In the recent years, mathematical modeling applications
have been studied at all levels of mathematics education and have been placed more in the mathematics curriculum.
Mathematical modeling of real-life situations is a process that can be quite difficult for the students. For this complex
mathematical modeling cycle, technology has been described as a necessary tool. In this context, the purpose of this
study is to examine how the mathematical modeling process is shaped within technology supported and unsupported
environments. The mathematical modeling study, carried out within technology supported and unsupported
environments, was investigated by considering the process model developed by Stillman, Galbraith, Brown and Edward
(2007). The participants of the study constitute 33 teacher candidates studying at the department of elementary
mathematics education in a state university. In the study, there is an environment in which participants shared their ideas
with each other, produced solutions to the problems and at the same time recorded the steps of their solutions. On the
other hand, the researcher took observation notes about the solution process and did one-legged interviews with group
members. All these transactions in the classroom environment played an effective role in exposing the mental processes
of teacher candidates. This study contributes the field by examining the effect of technology on modeling process in both
technology supported and unsupported environments so that the processes of both conditions are compared and the
differences are revealed.

Abstract

Substantial developments within information and communication technologies in the last three decades have led to the
intensive use of the Internet in many fields as well as in education. According to Segers and Verhoeven (2009), the
Internet enables students to create their own learning experiences. One of the most popular Internet applications that
has been developed to promote student learning are the webquests. After first introduced in 1995, webquests have been
used to provide students take part in an inquiry oriented activity by interacting with the resources on the Internet either
in or out of the classroom. But in any case, each webquest activity is likely to be group-based and may also be
interdisciplinary (Dodge, 1995). The purpose of this study is both to examine the effects of webquests on the mathematics
achievement of students and to analyze the student and teacher views on webquests. The study used quasi-experimental
research design comparing pretest, post-test and delayed post test scores of students mathematics achievement. The
subject of the study were from the two 9 th grade classrooms of an high school in Osmaniye province that were randomly
assigned as experimental and control groups. Each classroom contained 32 students, so a total of 64 high school students
constituted the sample of the study. Preliminary findings of the study showed that the use of webquests involving a
challenging and interesting daily life problem contributed significantly to the learning of students. Additionally, student
and teacher views indicated positive components of mathematics learning with webquests.

Standardizing the Cognitive Abilities Screening Test (CogAt 7) for
Identifying Gifted and Talented Children in Kindergarten and
Elementary Schools in Jordan

Ali M Alodat, Yarmouk University

Marshall F. Zumberg, Yarmouk University

Abstract

This study aimed to standardize the Cognitive Abilities Screening Test (CogAT) Form Seven for identifying gifted and
talented children ages five-eight years in Jordan. A sample of 280 students was randomly chosen from public and private
elementary schools and kindergartens in the city of Amman, the capital city of Jordan, and used teachers' nomination for
gifted students. The results indicated significant and high reliability correlations for the total score of the two-time
administration (r = .927) and highly significant internal consistency reliability correlations where Alpha coefficients were
.941 for the subtest scores and .962 for the total score and split-half reliability was .904 for the subtest scores and .927
for the total score. Furthermore, the content validity results demonstrated unanimous agreement among reviewers (6
experts and 10 teachers) about the translation match of the original test, suitability to Jordanian culture, and extracting
and interpreting the results. One the other hand, the criterion validity results showed that there were no significant

INTERACTION WITH THE SOCIETY IN THE EDUCATION OF
ARCHITECTURE: SHARING THE STUDENTS DESIGN STUDIO
PROJECTS WITH THE LOCALS ON SITE

Emel Akn, Atilim University

Abstract

The focal point of the architectural education is the design studios in its nature. The projects developed in the process of
communication and interaction between the studio coordinator and the students are presented to the jury and discussed
with them. It is important to share the projects produced at school with the society because of the interaction between
architectural education and society. Students projects should also be exhibited apart from the school, in places related
to architecture. This study aims to present the findings obtained by sharing the students projects with the locals (users)
and on the project site (place), and to discuss the relationship between architectural education and society based on
these findings. Within the academic term, an alternative living space/housing zone was designed by the students for the
people living in a gecekondu area in Mamak. At the end of the given period, the projects were exhibited in an open-air
cinema, a place for common activities of the local people, possibly a space of memory, following a panel discussion with
the participation of academics and the members of The Chamber of Architects. The local people of the gecekondu area
were informed by the students about their projects for the area, and they listened to the panellists with great interest.
Finally, a forum was held with the participation of the students, the academics, the members of The Chamber of
Architects and the gecekondu people. Positive feedback was received from all participants, especially from the students.
Additionally, the students motivation was observed to increase considerably. As far as we know, this study is the first to
be done as the projects developed in an architectural design studio were exhibited in the local area and discussed
together with the designers (architectural students), the users (local people), and the experts. This leading experimental
study has been carried out in different design studios since then. In the study, architectural education and its social
interaction will be discussed in a theoretical framework based on the data and the results from the above mentioned
practise.

Creativity in Architectural Education

Ceren Hamiloglu, Maltepe University

Abstract

The precarious positioning of architecture as a creative discipline often raises questions about the role of creativity in
architectural education. As in other educational programs, architectural education is also led by paradigms. These
paradigms, in other words, established notions on a certain kind of approach about how to design or how to teach to
design can sometimes get ahead of the main essence in architectural education: creativity. The purpose of this paper is
to assert and substantiate that architectural education should be about constantly questioning the existing paradigms
and introducing, creating and testing new ones. The educational relationship between the architect and his student was
that of the master-apprentice between the Renaissance and early 20th century. This was partially because the architect
was simply a conductor of power, hired by patrons. However, this relationship was dismantled as architecture was
redefined as a way of producing discourse rather than a mere representative. Today, as architecture has taken on an
intricate relationship with the economical, political and social factors, architectural education becomes fundamental in
helping young architects to position themselves in this realm. A way to achieve this could be to expose young architecture
students with problems that they would not usually encounter in their professional lives. In the Architecture Department
of Maltepe University, this Spring term, 3rd year design studio students first work on a courthouse and later a bazaar.
What would happen if these two conventionally divergent functions were congregated to form a transcendent discourse?
Would these unlikely spatial situations stimulate the students creativity? It is such questions about architectural
education that this paper aims to answer. Thus, the paper will be based on observation as a research assistant in the
department of architecture as well as from personal undergraduate experiences. A courthouse and a bazaar combined
would start to form a dialectical relationship between spaces that are conceptually placed at the anomalous ends of the
society and the system we currently live in. When a young architect encounters such a design problem, the issues about
what a crime is or how this could be integrated to a traditional practice of consumption becomes a part of the educational
process.

TAX EXPENDITURE ASPECT OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION: THE
MODEL OF TURKEY
Aye Nil Tosun, Hacettepe University

Abstract

All of the tax immunities and exemptions granted to universities are not considered tax expenditures and are not included
in tax expenditure calculations. In accordance with the literature, some of the tax immunities and exemptions are seen
as the benchmark of the standard tax system. However, these calculations may differ from country to country and are
not certain. In this study, an analysis of tax immunities and exemptions granted to the universities in Turkey has been
made under the concept of tax expenditures. It has adressed which tax immunities, exemptions are granted to the
universities are regarded as tax expenditures and which ones are regarded as a benchmark of the standard tax system,
and which taxes are to be paid by the universities along with the suitability of existing practices

Model of information density measuring in e-learning videos

Kristian Dokic, Polytechnic in Pozega

Robert Idlbek, Polytechnic in Pozega

Dubravka Mandusic, Polytechnic in Pozega

Abstract

There are many benefits to using video in education as shown in several decades of research. When authors make
educational videos they must be especially careful that the content of that video material is adequate for the audience
and that the purpose is on the term level. Also authors must pay attention that the content does not cause information
overloading. Viewer can experience it if video has too much motions and movements. Information overload has become
an increasingly popular area of study and a lot of authors indicated that information density of movies and videos have
risen in the last few decades. High information density of videos and movies may cause information overloading and it
has been proved by Lang et al in their theoretic model named Limited Capacity Model of Motivated Mediated Message
Processing. This theoretic model suggests how to measure information density in videos and movies. This method is very
slow and only trained observers can do this measuring properly. In this paper a new model for information density
measuring in videos and movies is described and tested. This new model is based on special usage of background
subtraction algorithms and in this paper multi-layer background subtraction algorithm based on color and texture was
used. This algorithm is presented by authors Yao and Odobez on CVPR Visual Surveillance Workshop in 2007. Results of
our model are compared with the trained observers results and the same video clips that have been used by Lang et al
are used for testing. It can be seen that there is a significant correlation between information densities measured by
trained observers and our model. Our model can be used to determine some forms of information density in videos and
movies and it can be used to indicate higher possibility of information overloading.

New Prediction Models for the Maximal Oxygen Uptake of
College-aged Students Using Non-Exercise Data

Mehmet Fatih Akay, Cukurova University

Ebru etin, Gazi University

mdat Yarm, Gazi University

Mustafa Mikail zilolu, Kilis 7 Aralik University

Abstract

Maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) refers to the maximal amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense
or maximal exercise. VO2max plays a significant role in sport science, education and research. The direct measurement
of VO2max is time-consuming, requires expensive laboratory equipment and trained staff. Because of these
disadvantages of direct measurement, numerous VO2max prediction models for a variety of subject groups have been
developed. The purpose of this study is to develop new Multiple Linear Regression based VO2max prediction models for
Turkish college students by using physiological and questionnaire variables. The dataset includes the data of 62 (28
females and 34 males) students, ranging in age from 18 to 27 years, from the College of Physical Education and Sports
Science at Gazi University. Seven different models consisting of the predictor variables gender, age, weight, height,
Perceived Functional Ability scores (PFA-1 and PFA-2), and Physical Activity Rating score (PA-R) have been used to predict
VO2max. The performance of the prediction models has been evaluated by calculating their standard error of estimates
(SEEs) and multiple correlation coefficients (Rs). The prediction equation, VO2max = (15.47 x gender) - (0.12 x age) +
(0.04 x height) - (0.45 x weight) + (1.74 x PFA-1) + (1.45 x PAR) + 49.74 yields the lowest SEE with 5.14 mL.kg-1.min-1 and
highest R with 0.93. It can be concluded that in situations where it is difficult to measure VO2max, the given equation
can be used to predict VO2max of college students with acceptable error rates.

A Case Study for the Application of Artificial Neural Networks in
Sports Science Education and Research

Mehmet Fatih Akay, Cukurova University

Fatih Mehmet Ta, Cukurova University

James George, Brigham Young University

Abstract

In this paper, we present a case study in regards to how sports science can benefit from the application of artificial neural
networks where experimental studies based on measurements are not feasible. The purpose of our study is to develop
prediction models for maximum endurance time, which is an important component influencing the performance of
athletes in various sport branches, using artificial neural networks. The dataset was obtained from the Department of
Exercise Sciences at Brigham Young University and includes the data of 77 healthy college-aged individuals, who
performed a right side isometric bridge test. The independent variables used to develop the prediction models are
gender, age, height, weight and Rating of Perceived Exertion Times (RPE-time), namely RPE4-time through RPE8-time.
Eight prediction models have been developed using different combinations of the RPE-times. By using 10-fold cross-
validation, the performance of the prediction models has been calculated with their multiple correlation coefficients (Rs)
and standard error of estimates (SEEs). The results show that the SEE's of the prediction models range from 12.23 to
17.29 seconds. The model consisting of the predictor variables gender, age, height, weight, RPE7-time and RPE8-time
yields the lowest SEE for prediction of maximum endurance time. This initial study shows that artificial neural networks
can be used for predicting the maximum endurance time of athletes within acceptable error rates.

Maximum-Likelihood Feature Selection for Prediction of
Maximal Oxygen Uptake Using Support Vector Machines

Fatih Abut, Cukurova University

Mehmet Fatih Akay, Cukurova University

James George Brigham Young University

Abstract

Maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) is a crucial metric in sport physiology, indicating the performance level of athletes,
and is thus also used as an application criterion for student candidates in order to be admitted to sport and physical
education related programs. Consequently, creating accurate VO2max prediction models via promising machine learning
methods has been continuously gaining popularity. At the heart of accurate model creation, however, lies feature
selection algorithms which intend to reveal the best set of relevant and irredundant predictors to optimize the prediction
performance. In this study, for the first time in literature, the maximum-likelihood feature selector (MLFS) is used to
propose new VO2max prediction models using Support Vector Machines (SVMs), and the results are compared with
those obtained by General Regression Neural Networks (GRNNs) and Single Decision Trees (SDTs). The dataset contains
a rich set of maximal and submaximal exercise and physiological data related to 185 college students from Brigham Young
University. The results show that the SVM-based model including the variables gender, age, weight, maximal heart rate,
respiratory exchange ratio, exercise times at the 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mile marks and exercise heart rate at the 1.5 mile mark
yields the highest correlation coefficient (R) and the lowest root mean squared error (RMSE) with 0.90 and 2.53 mL.kg-
1.min-1, respectively. Moreover, compared with the results of the other prediction models in literature, that were
created using the Relief-F or minimum redundancy maximum relevance feature selectors, the average values of RMSE
and R in this study are more accurate.
