Mrs. Robledo
Rules
1. Follow Directions Quickly
2. Raise your hand for permission to speak.
3. Raise your hand for permission to leave your seat.
4. Make smart choices.
5. Keep your Dear Teacher happy!

Rationale
1. We have so much learning to do each day quickly following
directions will allow us to complete required learning.
2. Speaking out of turn or interrupting others hinders
learning. Raising your hand to speak fosters mutual respect
and a safe learning classroom.
3. Walking around the classroom during instructional time,
distracts students and teachers. Asking for permission
creates a safe, focused classroom.
4. Each day is packed full of learning, making smart choices in
classroom expectations and behavior allows us to maximize
learning potential.
5. We spend 8 hours a day together, lets enjoy each other with
happy, positive attitudes. Crabby, unhappy students and
teachers makes a very long day.

Consequences
1. Reteach Rule (whole class)
2. Private conversation(individual student/change color)
3. Quiet reflection time (individual student/note/change
color)
4. Parent/Guardian contact
5. Office referral

Rewards
1. Praise
2. Positive parent/guardian note/call home
3. Extra technology time
4. Extra recess time
